Janice has had a passion for real estate for one-half of her life, which is (as the years progress) a pretty long time. She feels privileged to be able to assist God’s kids during the difficult process of purchasing and selling a home. She began her career completing appraisals, so she feels very confident valuing a home. She actively worked as a Loan Orginator at one point in her career, so she stays current on loan programs that serve the client's needs. At the beginning of the agency relationship God is invited into the transaction, and He is consulted until the last closing document is signed.
